On the Prowl - Anthology
Four very different stories. Three stood out. Briggs' Alpha and Omega. Wilks' Inhuman and Chance's Buying Trouble. Sunny's Mona Lisa Betwining was mediocre. The first three had well written plot lines, action, and dialog. All three are good reads. The fourth story was just blah. Overall, I recommend the book but skip the last story.

If You Lived Here - I'd Know Your Name - Heather Lende
Insightful, witty, a good look into small town Alaskan life. It's one of those books that at first glance doesn't appear to be much but it's definitely got some gems inside it. Pick it up, check it out. You won't be disappointed.

Eat, Pray, Love - Elizabeth Gilbert
This book is absolutely phenomenal. It is filled with happiness, with sorrow and pain, with laughter, anecdotes on life and living and loving and knowing and understanding yourself. Through Gilbert's personal reflections on her own life it lets each reader examine their own and it allows each reader to create their own path, their own destiny, it allows them to honor the divinity within themself.

Iron Kissed - Patricia Briggs
Iron Kissed is the third book in the Mercedes Thompson series. The series as a whole is good, the first two books especially. However, the third book just doesn't seem up to par with the other two. The beginning starts slow and plodding, the middle contains some action, and the end is probably the best thing out of the entire book.
It just doesn't have the same feel as the last two did. It feels like it was rushed, words thrown together in a hurry and the author hoping that it'd be a good read. Well, granted, it is a good read, but it just didn't excite me like the other two.
Maybe I'm missing something in the whole overall aspect of the series but as this point I can only give this book.
